Working on a case study and I cant find any information for why this might be can someone please assist me Thanks

Mr. Wilson was admitted to the hospital after his wife found him on the floor of the bedroom. He was found to be hemiplegic on the left and diagnosed with a CVA affecting the right cerebral hemisphere. He has been in the hospital for a month, initially for acute care and currently for rehabilitation In a recent physician’s note, you see that his reflexes are labeled as 2+ on the right and 4+ on the left.

Thoroughly explain the basis for the difference in reflexes, demonstrating your understanding of the physiology involved.
