Shiver/Rigor protocol

Does anyone out there use a shiver protocol?

I used one as a traveler at a hospital in Philadelphia and really wish I had a copy of it.

If you have a shiver/rigor protocol, I'd love to know what's on it!

Thanks!!

For example, warm hands and feet first, use of demerol and max dosing, etc.
