I'm starting in Neuro ICU and was advised to get a Neuro book as well as a Critical care book! I did see the several suggestions made for Neuro~ any others out there? Critical care? Thank you for your input!! Jen

I use my Fast Facts from Kathy White almost every shift. It is compact and easy to find info. You can find them at kathywhite.com I think. Good luck in the NICU!
