New to Neuro ICU

I am switching specialties from CVSICU to the Neuro ICU in an effort to broaden my background. However, I don't know too much about Neuro other than the basics! Can anyone recommend a critical care Neuro book or guide I can purchase in order to go into my new job with even a little bit more knowledge than I currently have? Thanks!!
