How long shout Unrine replacement run?

After lasix 20 mg, urine was pouring 500ml/hr.

Was supposed to infuse 250ml as urine replacement. How long should you infuse?

Some said 30 min, some said an hour.

Any reasearch over it? I couldn't find one.

Please help. Thanks.

I guess it would depend on the clinical condition of the patient and how dry you wanted them to be.

After only 20mgs of Lasix I am not sure I would give fluid replacement.

You usually give lasix because you want to dry the patient out - not give simultaneous replacement fluid. If you did have an order to, the physician and/or patient's clinical condition should dictate the rate of infusion.
