Help with er scenario

I was given a scenario to present to the class and I need some ideas.

You are on duty in ER when you receive a 34 year old passenger from a motor vehicle accident. Patient was wearing a helmet and was thrown from a cycle. ON inital exam she is awake and orientated. She c/p "no feeling in my legs" She is able to move her upper extremities. She is not in respiratory distress but has a compound fracture of right lower leg with an air splint in place Please discuss actions, Nursing interventions according to priority, med treatment, rationals, expected labs, and exams ordered.
