Head injury recovery staging...?

I was having a conversation with someone about traumatic head injuries and the recovery process. I don't work in an ICU and neither does she. We couldn't remember from school the staging (if I'm even referring to it correctly) that these patients go through when they are recovering. Like in the beginning they can be agitated (and sometimes violent) or say inappropriate things. Just wondering if anyone could refresh my memory or lead me to a website that might. Thanks!
