Maybe odd having the leak without having a pit tumor rsx, but seems pretty classic. Bend over and the fluid flows from the nose. Transphenoidal with a fat graft is not a rare procedure either. Just looking for news? The patient is lucky she did not get menegitis having the leak for 4 months.

Yes it is common to us but not non medical/ non nursing folks.
