    Maybe odd having the leak without having a pit tumor rsx, but seems pretty classic. Bend over and the fluid flows from the nose. Transphenoidal with a fat graft is not a rare procedure either. Just looking for news? The patient is lucky she did not get menegitis having the leak for 4 months.

    The point is that she made her MD aware of what was going on for months. She is damn lucky she didn't get meningitis. The MD kept telling her it was allergies.

    Yes it is common to us but not non medical/ non nursing folks.
