I have a question for all of you Neuro Nurses. About 5 years ago I sustained an injury to c3--c6 (I don't remember doing anything to my neck or back, but then again I was still drinking). I did the PT and Celebrex and after about a year the intense pain I was having left. Well, recently I have been having numbness down my right arm, along with the ever fun tingling, pain in my neck and upper shoulders, also had an incident where my middle finger on my right hand went completely white. Could this be a return of the former problem?
I am a LTC Nurse and don't know diddly about Neuro. I went to my GP and he said I have Reynauds (I don't think I have ever heard of Reynauds affecting one finger, one time?) Should I go back to the Neurologist? Have another MRI? Please help! I don't want to complain, but then again I don't want to ever have to go thru that kind of pain again. My pain level right now is running at a 4 or 5.
Thank you in advance

I would advise you to go back to your Neuro Doctor and explain to him about your concerns. I hope the problem gets better for you. Good luck and just try your best to hang in there.
