I would like to find out if anyone can recommend me a good neurological or neurosurgery handbook. I am currently working in surgical ICU however I will be rotated to neuro ICU next wk. I have looked into the "recommended readings & sites" thanks for the infomation. I was thinking a handbook would come in handy.
