Moving AWAY from Nebraska, transfering my CNA cert/etc

Hi! I found this board, and thought maybe I could get some of my questions answered! I got my Certification as a Nurse Aid in Feb of 2010, been working since March. Recently though, my Fiance lost his job, and the prospects of him finding another one here in NE are slim. (He does a very specific type of engineering). So I am almost 100% sure that sometime in the relative future I will need to move out of state. I was wondering what I need to do to keep my certificate current. Like, are there any ways of transfering the certificate over to another state? If so, what and where do I go for this information? Also, if anyone has any experience doing something like this, I would love to hear what you have to say!!
