Wrong DOB on pass letter?

I have no idea who to call. I have the wrong Date of Birth on my pass letter that I must submit with a check to my State's BON to get my license? It's two letters, one has my picture with WRONG DOB and the other simply has my address, with SS#, No mention of DOb, and thisis the one that goes to State BON. I dont know how this gets mixed up with me presenting my ID & SS# to take test.

Do i contact test givers or State BON
Help!!!
