That means on hte 2nd day, I already finished the CArdio subject and will have to start on the 3rd day Ear, which has 46q's and 62q's of Endo leaving behind the 100 for the next day. I did that to make sure that I complet the whole CD trainer. Hi there!
I am still pro random selection and using 'level of cognitive ability' as well as 'integrated processes' - My CD exams (100Q) have been varying from very manageable to horrid on this random mode. In the exam scores you see how the Qä's are spread out; majority in assessment, analysis, application, physiological integrity and meds.
I am trying excercise my thinking and analysis of situations. And like them changing and unpredictable.
I do 'content area' for review of specific area of weakness and there, the book and my flash card come into the game too.
My secret worry is that the NCLEX is nothing like Saunders - and for this I really need to know content as well as be able to apply the knowledge in various changing situations.
