Who is Currently ON NCSBN-RN on-line course?

hi yall

using the 5-week subscription, on lesson 8, when i did the pretest scored 60%, don't know what that means, have been scoring pretty well on the lessons, the lowest score was 60, did it over and got 100, then i got a 72.77 on one, did it over and got 89, all others have been over 75%, even a 90 on one. i am also doing some kaplan questions and saunders cd, this will be my second time, hope to test the middle of november. the first time i really didn't practice too many questions, maybe 300 or so, now i am already up to about 2000, i try to answer 100 questions a day. somedays 90, somedays 150, just depends on how i feel. i really need to pass this test and get on with it. i wish the best for you all and hope you pass, we have to. God knows our hearts and He hears us, He will give us the desires of our heart. we just have to trust Him and delight in Him and do good.

I'm doing NCSBN too...the 5 weeks. I graduated in '99, failed in '00, and somehow got this crazy idea that I will pass this second time around. I started using Saunder's since June and plan to test in Dec.

I'm currently on lesson 6, pharm., which is taking me FOREVER!! I work full-time, have 2 kids, and a husband who really doesn't support what I'm trying to do, so it's a little extra hard for me at times.

My NCSBN expires on 11/7 so I gotta hustle!! My scores so far are 66 in diagnostic, 85, 73, 90, and 61, and 60...whatever that means?!?

Hi, what is your objective in taking this course? If one of that is to have a certificate of completion.. You must retake some of those lesson in which you have a faling mark of belo 75% coz they wont issue a certificate for you if you dont have an average of 75% and above.. You can retake all these exam if you want too.

I know I should be aiming to get a 75% on each test but I have been using this as just a review in hopes of refreshing my knowledge. I really dont care about the certificates, though I feel if I retook the tests

I would score 75% on them.

Malefish77, how are you approaching this review? What are your scores like and are you aiming to score no less than a 75%?

Id love to get your input on this

For me.. Im taking it and make sure that I have a grade of 75% and above as as I need the certificate.. I f I got a below75% in one of the lesson, I need to re-take the exam for me to get the higher a grade but if in one lesson I already have a mark o higher than 75 of course no need to re-take.. For me, now that I am already in this on-line review having certificate is also a good point at least you have one and NCSBN is recognized maybe one of this day you will need this certificate.. Anyway there's no harm re-taking in each exam and u still know your first attemp result.. so just record your first attemp result in each lesson and by the end of the course you can compute your own average and assess yourself..

Hi Malefish77, yesterday after reading your first post to me, I went ahead and took the tests again. I have scored well beyond 75% on each of them.

Im now on Lesson 8 -Cardio. This is a long lesson!!!
