Hi! I've heard of NCSBN and my classmates who took it said that the actual content review was tedious and boring, but they appreciated the practice with the questions. I took Kaplan and did every single question (entire qbank and all of the trainers).
Like I've said in other posts, no study guide/program/book is going to make the NCLEX seem like a piece of cake. But in all honesty, when I was taking the boards I thought I was failing because I thought my questions were too easy for me to be doing well. And when my test turned off at 75, I was like oh crap! But I passed. I think it was because the Kaplan questions were tough, and so after hearing that the NCLEX questions were sooooooo incredibly hard from my classmates, I didn't realize that I was just used to hard questions because that is what I had been studying with, if that makes sense.
Anyway, you'll likely feel like dirt when you walk out there no matter what! My advice is to to get the Saunders book which is excellent content review, and do Kaplan which will you get ready for the difficulty level that you'll need to be at. Also, I did the entire qbank first and then did the trainers-that, I believe, really helped me see if I was ready for the boards.
Good luck!
