Once you see your license on the Boards website can you technically get a job? Or do you have to wait for them to sent in the mail?

Once you see your name on the BON website, you have a license number that has been issued to you, and you are then legal at that time. Some states are no longer sending out actual hard licenses and are doing everything on-line as far as verification now.

It usually takes a week or two to get thru all of the HR procedures once you get hired.
