I used the National Council State Boards of Nursing's NCLEX Review: Learning Extension and Saunder's Q & A Review for the NCLEX-RN.
Learning Extension's random Qbanks are great and asked questions from a wide range of topics. As an alternative, I also used Saunder's Q & A Review and did all the questions in the book.
I got 75q with 2 math, 5-6 select all, 6-8 meds, infection control, priority and nsg management.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to NOT obsess about getting 75 questions. Look at your time remaining not your item number. It really helped me stay calm and focus on the questions.
Hope this helps somebody.
