What Happens after i Fail ?

I took my NCLEX lvn and failed, i received a packet with all the info from what i understand do i send in the yellow form with a $78.00 money order or check then wait 3-4 weeks for a reply then i will be able to take my nclex again? I am in the state of Cali.
