what do i need to know before taking the nclex pn


im gong to retake my test the end of the month so i have 1 more week to study....


ANY ADVICE BEFORE TAKING THE TEST AGAIN? LIKE WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT I KNOW N STUDY BEFORE TAKING THE TEST AGAIN???? BASIC THINGS THAT I NEED TO MAKE SURE I STUDY??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW N GIVE ME SOME IDEA...THANKS

You sound very stressed. At this point you probably need to do some relaxation exercises as much as anything else. Just keep going over questions with breaks to relax. You will do fine.

yes im very stressed...its my 2nd time....feel like its soo much harder than the first time...

I just responded to your other post. I did not realize you have only a week. Take a day to destress! Seriously, you will not be able to study or test with too much stress. I know you are extra nervous because you did not do well the first time. But, you can do this. You've been through a nursing program and graduated. That is an accomplishment in itself. It also indicates you are smart. You can do this. Do you feel ready and adequately prepared? Perhaps, part is nerves and maybe deep down you don't feel like you have prepared enough. Take time to search your soul and if you feel the need, perhaps you might consider rescheduling for maybe another week or two? I wish you the best.
