What did you do the day before the NCLEX?

I was wondering what ya'll did the day before the NCLEX? I did like 500 questions yesterday and have been super lazy and relaxed today. Is that good or bad?

The day before the NCLEX
1) Drive to the site at the time you are scheduled. This will help with your time mgt.
2) Eat as if you'll be running a marathon. Nourish yourself well. Expect to be there for 5 hours!
3) Lay out the clothes you will wear to the site. Wear layers so that you will be comfortable in what ever the room temp might be.
4) Prepare foods/ water for tomorrow.
5) Prepare what ever necessary forms you need to take tomorrow.
6) Take time to relax today. Suggestions: Get a massage, meet with friends.
7) DO NOT take drugs the night before that might impede with your physical being, e.g sleeping pills, alcohol, antihistamines, etc.

On Day Of:
1) Work on your mind set. Be positive. Do NOT think about the number of questions. As long as the questions keep coming --> you're still in the game.
2) Take your time to answer your questions. You have 5 hours! Remember once you answer the Q, YOU CANNOT GO BACK AND CHANGE IT.
3) Use the sheet of paper NCLEX provides. Write your memory helps on it. Fill that paper up. Get new clean sheet as needed.

Best Wishes.

Feeling relaxed is good......stay with that emotion, because that will not be the case starting from the time you enter the test center until you get the word that you have passed.

day before the exam
...drove to the Pearson center, helped calm me down
...checked-in the hotel near the center
...stayed away from review materials, spent time in the mall
...focused on positive outcome
...made ready things i need for tomorrow
...prayed some more
...slept well
day of the exam
...woke up early to do morning rituals
...had a good breakfast
...wore layered clothes
...on the way, did breathing exercises
...car parked at the center 45 minutes before my schedule
...had 15 minutes to say a prayer and relax
...then off to the Pearson office to conquer nclex and win!
all these with the support of my husband who took time off from work.

Congratulations in advance to you.
