what is considered difficult question


i knew that prioritizing and delagation is consired difficult question...but i only have a few of those ....i have a bunch of PT. teaching though...is that mean im doing bad?? that why they keep trowing pt. teaching question?

I think multiple answer ones are too. Or at least I think they are difficult :-p

Select all that applies...where you have to pick more then one answer. Or the kind where you have to put them in order from 1-6.

I don't know, but I had some 2 step questions that were killer. 2 Step being that there are 2 different parts to the question and you have to be able to know both parts to get it right. For example... a pt has a "x" disorder which drug from the following has the correct side effect for what this pt is taking. So, not only would you have to filter out the drugs that is not related to the disorder, but then you have to know the correct side effect for the possible drugs left. This is where you want to take the bat and hit the computer!

That sounds hard.

I also think select all that apply, are tough.

I have not taken the NCLEX yet, I am still in my first year but I find the SATA questions on our course work exams quite difficult. I don't usually get them correct.

SATA's and Meds...Prioritization I think is of medium difficulty because you just use your ABC guidelines to answer them.

is there such an easy sata? or is it always hard? what if they keep throwing you meds and sata? does it mean your always wrong, thats why they keep giving it to you??
coz i had it all throughout the test... i felt like they didnt give me a chance to pass.... nyways i stopped at 85.
and last question was sata.
