So guess what guys?!? I just came home and found my ATT waiting in my email. I can't believe how fast that was. I failed the 8th reapplied the 11th and got my ATT today. So Im scheduled to retest September 25th. I just cant believe how fast everything went thru. Well Im going to do it this time!! Just wow tho. Im not going to think anything negative only positive and Im going to pray a whole lot plus study Good luck to everyone else testing in September!!

September test taker nclex alert!!!

Guys my friend told me to review about meds because in nclex exam she got more meds.. and let us review the prioritization and delegation... September test taker let us help one another.... we can do it!!!

Well, I have heard that there have been few meds/lab values from all of my fellow students. They have all said that 90% of the test has been prioritization/delegation questions. The state screwed up my paperwork so I have been delayed registering until just this week! I will probably end up taking it at the end of September

i will take nclex on september 30. I hope we will pass guys... now, im using exam cram and saunders..
i also doing kaplan.=) i hope we pass guys...

how do you prepare for exam?

Hi..I am doing the same thing with you.. Saunders (Comprehensive), then Kaplan (Practice Test) and exam cram for PN. I am taking mine on September 18. I am doing great with the Saunders, lots to read but its a good book. I am doing my strategies on taking the exam and what to know. I have taken it before so hopefully i wont be as nervous as before. This is my 3rd time and i am trying my best to be on a positive attitude..tho i really hate this exam now..but i guess, knowing your content is the best way to kill this exam and exam strategies. I plan on taking NCLEX September myself (for the second time). I took the test in July. I had ALOT of meds and priority questions. I received my breakdown and I am weak in psychosocial integrity. Any pointers?

in psychosocial, i think its more on therapeutic communication, how many questions did u get last july? can u give us some advices or topics to review?? i hope we can make it....

I honestly can't remember how many I got. There's so many questions dancing around in my head... Sorry
