Vermont and NCLEX results

Hello all,

I just drove up to Portland, Maine to take my NCLEX on Monday. Long story-I live in Vermont and had an original test day of 2/15 but got the flu and wanted a few extra days to study. Anyway, I stayed overnight on Monday evening and actually arrived home late on Tuesday night-can't pass up that tax free shopping in New Hampshire along the way! So, I got up a late on Wednesday and the mail came before I was able to log on to Pearsonvue and pay my 8 dollars and my license from the State of Vermont was in the mail.

So...if you are in Vermont, you might want to save your 8 dollars because they were very quick with getting the results to me, took the test Monday, they issued the license Tuesday and it came in the mail on Wednesday.

Also, is anyone else out there a new grad who is applying to Fletcher Allen for employment in the near future? I am hopefully sending my resume today or tomorrow. Please PM if there are any new grads out there working at Fletcher Allen with info about the new grad training program and what your floor is like.

Katie
