I took the test today and got 75Q. I had 8 SATA, lots of meds/prioritizing and 3-4 complicated drip problems. I know a lot of people say that getting math problems is a bad sign, but are complicated drips a bad sign? I didn't have basic Dose/Have questions, just converting Mcg/Kg/min to mL/hr.

Unfortunately it is hard to predict and we have had people post with a few maths and pass as have people post with a few maths and failed. You just can not predict. Hang in there and good luck. Let us know how it goes

same here i took my nclex today and got 75Q. lots of medication and drugs calculation... prioritization/delegation,2 Sata...im not feeling well,all i want to do is rest and sleep... good luck to us...have a break!
