my suggestion for the test takers are
    1. Practice as much as question you can and the imp thing is make sure you understand all the rationale behind the correct and incorrect answers.
    2. Make your base strong: it means you must understand the basic knowledge about the body mechanism, systems medicine and interrelation in between so the the knowledge will be applicable everywhere no matter how much the question is twisted.
    3. whenever you learn, make a mental picture, feel and understand it dont simply mock it, in this way the thing will be automatically set in your mind.
    4. while studying (book or question practice) whenever you face any new topic search and know about it instantly dont ever ignore or pile to study later on.
    5. In real NCLEX-RN test i realized nothing comes exactly the way we practice but the main thing is it is highly based on your analyzing and corelating power..

thankyou everone.. if you seek any advice you all are welcome anytime..

mimiandrews well for content i bought saunders ( to get greater insight i even studied some chapters 3 or 4 times), i also take Mary ann hogans comprehensive review for some topic

and for practice question i used exam cram, nclex 4000, kaplan question trainer 1-7, la charity PDA and saunders CD.
It took me about 2 months to be prepared and gain confidence to appear in exam. In that time i practice about 6000 questions
