I don't really ever post, but I read others post here a lot! The support and kindness everyone shows each other is amazing! Well I made a promise to god that if I passed the Nclex then I would pay it forward.
I am a procrastinator a really bad one, I had suzannes plan but was only able to follow it for about 5 chapters and then I started procrastinating again

, well panic set it about a week before the test and I started doing about 50-60 questions a night and randomly going through saunders, exam cram and Kaplan books, I wrote down notes and studied those, I learned the classifications of all my meds and basic labs, all in about a week in a half. I also took a Drexel class at the hospial i work at (didn't do much for me) I went and took the test 7/17 had between 115-120 questions and it shut off! I knew I failed!! I had no drug calcs, about 25 SATA, a lot of priority and infection, ton of meds and the main focus of my test was diabetes and renal (which I really did not study) I took the test in about 1 hr 45 minutes. I cried during it and when I left...It was aweful. But by the grace of god!! I passed! i do not reccomend my study habits to anyone! however, I wanted others to know that you are not alone in the struggle to study and that passing is possible! Good luck to everyone!!

My prayers are with you!!
