Took Mosby's Cat Got 82% Probability Of Passing. Is This Good?

by crisgom

Hello everybody,

After almost 45 days of continuo studying, I decided to take Mosby's CAT because I have lost my confidence about NCLEX. Failed the first time and rightnow I am getting ready for second time round. I took Mosby's exam today, and stop at 75 questions and the results reported I have 82% probability of passing the NCLEX-RN examination. This made feel better, but need more encouragement.
Have any of you have done Mosby/CAT? How accurate the prediction is?

I'll thank your feedback

Well I too, brought the Mosby CAT before I took the test my 3rd time and I got a 82% also. But when it showed me 82% probability of passing all I saw was an 18% chance of failing. The Mosby CAT test in my opinion is a little out dated and a little focused on knowledge not analysis and application. I did pass the test, so I quess 82% is better than nothing. I also didn't take the test after that one time, so your percentage may go up if you take the test again. Have FAITH in yourself and your ability and you will be alright.
