Took the Beast this AM!

My day finally arrived this AM and I only got 75 questions. I'm not sure what to think of it all. Over half of my test was priority, 5 or 6 deligation, 4 meds, 4 multiple - multiples, a calculation question that I know I missed, and 1 exhibit question that freaked me out a bit because I have never heard of anyone getting an exhibit question. I really wasn't that nervous this morning and now I think I'm just numb. There's nothing I can do now but wait and try not to drive myself crazy over the next 48 hours.

Sounds to me like you got the upper level questions. I took mine last Saturday and I found out I passed on Monday. I felt the same way you did. I am sure we all did but I pray you did great! Best of luck!

Exhibit question?? I saw that on the tutorial, but I didn't really think it applied to the nclex!

I've never seen a single practice question, anywhere, after seeing thousands, that was an exhibit!

Exhibit question??? Sorry if its a dumb question but what is that? Do you guys mean like the "hot spot" questions? The one where they give you diagram and you click on a spot?? I've actually been wondering about that too....if anyone who took the NCLEX had any hot spot questions.

It was one of the alternative style questions like you done during the tutorial for NCLEX-RN. For the exhibit format, A question was presented and I was asked to base my answer on the information given in the exhibit. I had 4 answers to choose from. At first I was like WHAT!!!! Then I saw the exhibit button at the bottom, clicked it and it brought up a box that had 3 different tabs on it. Each tab contained extra information and then I had to pick an answer. It wasn't that bad, but I'm NOT 100% sure I got it right. I hope that made sense. I'm the first person in my class to get an alternative question besides the select all that apply and that's out of 15 classmates. It's really starting to worry me!!! I don't know what to think .

Hmmm i've never heard of the exhibit questions.....thanks for the clarification! And I'm sure you passed with flying colors, if you got a lot of priority questions. Good luck!!! Hope to hear the good news soon.

Well everyone else seems to have gotten 75 questions. I got 230 and spent the better part of the day testing LOL. Guess the computer wasn't sure if I knew what I was talking about.

By now I coulden't even tell ya what a BP cuff does.

Oh well
I had about the same mix of questions you did. But I didn't have any math problems.

fishinNbanjo, I bet you did great! The number of questions you get is just that, a number. Don't let it freak you out. Just try to stay positive and trust me I know how hard that is right now, but God does have a plan for us all. I'll be praying for you and looking forward to hearing your good news soon.
