The most important thing is to control your anxiety. Read the question very well and make sure you understand what is asking, and you'll come out thinking you failed, but the test will be hard and will stop at 75, that will be a good sign

Sarah-
Best of luck to you! Get a good nights sleep and make sure you dress in layers tomorrow. You did all the work, now you just have to go and prove yourself! Stay calm, don't rush through the questions and don't freak out if you get a med/disease that you don't recongize; realize it's just one question and move on. You'll do great!!

GOOD LUCK!!!! Think positive thoughts!
I'm taking it tomorrow, too...and the anxiety is starting to take hold . I am staying at a hotel tonight right across the street from the testing center cuz i didn't want to have to deal with traffic etc in the am - I have to be there at 7:30 tomorrow morning and I pray that i will be able to get some sleep tonight. I brought my laptop and about 50 lbs. of books and I'm going to study until 6pm, and then relax, maybe even go for a swim... I just wish I could shake this feeling of "impending doom"!

GOOD LUCK! I took mine yesterday and PASSED with 75 questions. I think one of the only reasons I passed it because for once in my life i didn't let my anxiety get the best of me. I walked in there with confidence and all i kept saying on the whole ride to the center is "I am going to PASS this test" and of course prayed a whole lot. But seriously I thought it really wasnt that bad! GOOD LUCK, keep us updated how you do!
