But the cleaning thing still applies, LOL......

I spend the time my kids are otherwise occupied alternating between practice questions on the computer and cleaning the house. Mostly at the computer, but....my laundry hamper doesn't have anything older than last night in it .

The house isn't as clean as it should be, but......let's say that during the 48 hours of "wait and see" it's gonna SPARKLE around here!!!

Great thread! Can we get it cross-posted as a sticky in the NCLEX Discussion Forum?

Just thought I'd bump this up again, as so many members are awaiting test results---and getting a tad anxious before results come in!

Enjoy---and feel free to add to the list!

I'm thinking this thread really should be moved to the NCLEX Discussion board...?

Pick up a trashy novel you wouldn't be caught in public reading, and read it with a glass of wine in the tub just for the sheer pleasure of reading mindless drivel for fun instead of those nursing texts!

After taking my boards I went to the beach! It took me 10 mins to get there haha! I sat there all day looking at women in bikini's! that sure did help me ALOT! Next I smoked alot and thought of how I failed! followed by more Bikini's! . I think the best way to help you forget about NCLex is have sex and sleep! have more sex and more sleep! lol! thank god for pearsonvue and the 2 days to find out if u passed!

I just took the NCLEX-PN today and in CA we have to wait until the darn letter is mailed! Takes about 3 weeks according to classmates! I have NO idea what I am going to do with my time right now. I have a job 3 nights a week but for now I think im gonna get that sleep that I have been so deprived of over the last year and 3 months! :Melody:

We're on the same boat! I took my test last Aug. 22 and still waiting for my result. I've been going out with my friends, went clubbing, dancing, sleep overs(haha),shopping, went to a concert, cleaned the house, did gardening, and so on..Although I'm doing alot of things, I can't help but worry about my result once in awhile I've been having dreams that I passed so I guess that's a good sign

Guilt free tv is a good thing. I really don't know quite what to do with myself, either......hmmmm....I did spend two hours in an antique mall today after the test. That was pretty nice. Sheesh. I've been studying for so long I don't know what to do!
