For those of you who have had your tests shut off at 75 questions, how did that make you feel? Did you feel confident that you passed or sure you failed? And what happened when you found out for sure?

I begged my computer to come back on, and tried the PVT and got the good pop-up but am still waiting for quick results. It really scared me though for it to shut off so early. I thought wow, did I really do that bad? Can't I do just a couple more questions to prove myself? I will do better I swear.

This waiting game is almost worse than the test itself...

Not yet! Argh! Which I don't get cause a girl from my class took it last week and her license was posted last Thursday or Friday but the people who have taken it since last Friday and passed haven't had anything posted :( I just want to see my license number!!!

I just took mine and shut off at 75..I feel happy about this but don't want to get ahead of myself! I want to thank everyone at this site..I just became a member out of gratitude. I will post my results when I know. I did get the good pearson vue popup...so fingers crossed everything works in my favor

okay so I took my test today and it shut off at 75 as well. I guess my brain decided to take the 2 hour route to finish the 75 questions. I got a little bit of everything, about 10 select all that apply, 8 calculations (oh and I was going crazy about submitting answers with whole numbers until I looked it up = no decimals round up which I did! whew), and the rest were an even mix of infection control, priority, and easy questions. I'm worried about my last 3 though, SATA then 2 easy questions. Test shut off so fast I can't remember what they were about. So now I've downgraded back to nervous wreck. Praying that my prayers were answered.

I passed I got the pop up, I refreshed the screen and tried re-registering like 5 times. It came up everytime lol. The 75 question shut off is torture, I was more stressed out after the test then I was during the test. I didn't feel immediate relief from the test being over at all. Now I can sleep, I mean really sleep, for the first time in 3 years. Good luck to everyone who will be waiting for the almighty pop up, and a special shout out to my 75 question RN's.

I took the nclex rn yesterday, shut off at 75 questions. I check on PV this morning and it :( sad to say PV let me register again. It means that i failed? Help me!

It's ok Dajugama! it happens to many people, you're not alone. When I took nclex for the first time i didn't pass either. BUT, my suggestion is take a few days off, rest, recollect yourself, and wait for the letter in the mail. The letter will tell you what areas you scored above passing, near passing, and below passing. Use this to help guide your studies for when you test again. Good luck!

Thank you so much nursephillyphil. I felt after my exam that i made it but its not. I used the Hurst online review and Saunders practice Q & A that i download thru my iphone.

Any suggestion or tips that i need to do. Thank you so much for the help!
