I bet 99% of people feel this way before the boards! Just think of all the things that could be more terrifying than the NCLEX.... and you'll feel rather fortunate :-)

It's a good motivator to review anyway.

Do some relaxation exercises and positive reinforcement (I know I can pass this!) and just dive in! Don't procrastinate... it drives me nuts when someone works so hard to finish school then waits forever to take the boards because of nerves.

:specs:No worries!!!! We are going to do fine! We have passed nursing school with flying colors and have been thru an intense NCLEX review! We've got what it takes!!! Now, remember the strategies and breath.

BTW, don't forget to use this pep-talk on me on Tuesday when I'm a nervous mess! :no:

we all feel the same way but you will do ok, I remember feeling the same way feeling sick to my stomach. But its even worst when you take it you will feel like you failed'

But trust me you will be ok just relax and take it easy before the test.

this letter was posted on another thread and i think it will a whole bunch of us out.

for any one who has to take the nclex or has recently took it and feels that never ending anxiety....this is for you!! it made me feeel 2384u238 times better!

hey guys, i took the nclex on tuesday and now i just have to wait a measly 5 weeks!!!! my questions stopped at 85 and i left feeling like i guessed on most of the questions. i couldnt tell which questions were the "hard" ones and which ones were suppose to be easy. is that as bad as i think it is?! these next 5 weeks are going to be tough...
