Hello,

My first attempt taking the stateboards were Aug. 17, 2011!!!...Unfortunately I failed!!! I feel i failed not only because i rushed but i was also super eager to get into an ADN to BSN program. When i faild i was so depressed for like 2 weeks. i slowly but surely started to rebuild myself up again!!!:D....These are the following tools i am using:

  1. Kaplan NCLEX-RN 2011-2012
  2. Kaplan Q-bank (I actually found this while googling under a zip file!!)
  3. Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment: Practice exercises for NCLEX-RN
  4. Mosby NCLEX-RN book and cd-rom
  5. Hogan NCLEX-RN book and cd-rom (questions are hella hard)

I having been in deep prayer and now am on a 4 week study sebaticle becaus i want so badily to pass!!!...Any other suggestions you have to offer please give because i am completely open to suggestions!!! WHEN I PASS THIS TEST!!!.....I will gladly let you all know!!!.....I cant express to you how much allnurse has helped me!!!!!

Hello. What edition edition of Mosby are you using? Is it great?

Goodluck. You can do it. :)

Specializes in ER, Telemetry.

Try LaCharity book about prioritization, delegation and practice the Q&A until you finished the whole book. You will make it .

hello everyone!

i am a foreign nurse. i took the nclex-rn last week on the 18th and i just got the letter from the board saying i didn't pass! i am devastated!! i really think i did my best but i was lost on the test. like i could ready but couldn't understand what the question wanted from me! i have no idea how to go back to the studying routine. i am so sad!:bluecry1:

what to do when you think you did you best and you failed anyways?!?!

i had a couple of classes with kaplan and did the whole saunders review! i took lots and lots of q&a and nothing worked!

please help me! what should i do!?!?!

Don't be so heartbroken about the nclex exam. take a break from studying, allow yourself to be free just for 24hours. Restart what you want to accomplish in passing the exam. Practice and praying really helps.
