This is what im ought to do so help me pls dear GOD.

You may need to take a break. I just took mine for the 2nd time and passed but my fear and my nerves were reaking havoc on me. I was so emotionally drained I know exactly what you are going thru. I know its easier said than done but you have to go in with a positive attitude. I told myself going into the testing center that Im going to be a nurse then end of today and it happened. I wouldnt necessarily say to do more questions this week than you have been doing. Your brain is on overload thats why you cant concentrate. Take a step back maybe even take the night off. It will do you know good to look at the questions if you can focus. Remember to you made it through nursing school for a reason you are no dummy!! So cheer up, chin up, be confident and positive. I will be praying for you and everyone else to pass!!

Im taking mine for the 3rd time too on Oct. 3. For some reason today, it doesn't feel right for me. I feel like i am not that ready even tho i have so much improvements since the last time i review for the test. So i moved my date to Oct. 26 instead. I had to touch more stuff like Infection Control...Meds and lab values to memorize. then practice more areas on were I am weak. then more practice test in the morning...I have to take a break and relax for now. It helps a lot not to get too much stress with the review. I feel like i am not focus and cant seem to answer and remember stuff. So there you go..I moved it again..hopefully this time I am ready and can really say to myself that i am ready to take it..Good luck guys. I just wanted to be careful this time..failing twice is not very easy to get over with..i dont want a third to happen...
