do you take memory enhancing vitamins while studying for nclex rn?
way back in college I tried taking those kinds of vitamins & I honestly didn't notice if there was a change in my concentration! I stopped it when I got sleepy the next day, & it was actually the day of our exam, I almost lost concentration!

hi actually it does helped. You will notice the effect after taking it more than a month or so.. I took gingko biloba and cod liver oil omega 3-6 and yes it really did boost my energy and memory.

You hit the nail on the head - mind, body, and spirit are the connections were need to fire while studying to pass this test.

Ive taken both focus fast and vivimind and both have worked well when it came to studying and helping with memory
