Deaest Joebrown,
I salute you and congratulate you on siting of the NCLEX on Monday. Controlling your nerves is simple if you do this: take
deeeeep, deep and even more
deeeep breaths you are going to successfully control your nerves even passing the NCLEX by controlling your breathing pattern. The knowledge is there, and you will let it flow so your critical thinking skills kick in as soon as you start the test. Remember that you are going to look for
the wrong answers, that is easier that going for the right answer, right away. That is so if the question format is asking you to find the right answer. Some questions might be asking you for a client who may need further clarification on a particular issue then you'd be stricking down three right answers in search for the response that is obviously wrong. If you do not know about the subject, do not panic, deep breathe, then try to look for answers that are similar in meaning for they are wrong, another tip off of the wrong answer is if the prospective answer has an absloute phrase such as "never", "only", "always', answers that contain those words are wrong. The NCLEX believe it or not is a candidate friendly test, you just have to control your nerves by deep breathing and you will see. I definitely wil be praying for you, but I want to pray that you are in control of your nerves if you do so you'll be way ahead of the game. "you've got it made...on the shade." Best, feliz3
