So how hard are these questions

I take the NCLEX on Oct 7th and I have been performing well on my review questions for Saunder's. I take a 100q exam a day and I have been scoring anywhere from 78% to 82%. Is Saunder's "too easy". Another girl from my class just passed and she said it was 1000x harder than anything we did in class I am soo scared now. Plus I am having a hard time with my ante/intra/postpardum info, always hated that material. How important do you think it is?

I personally think Saunders is very easy. I remember the first time I tried it, I got 85% without any review. But that's only my opinion.
Anyway, I also thought NCLEX was easy but I must say the questions are unpredictable and out of nowhere. I did 225 questions, took probably less than 45 seconds per question because I didn't wanna think about my answers. I thought 265 questions is a lot of chances to pass and I did pass.
There is something harder than NCLEX and that's Kaplan. Kaplan has too many tricks. My average was around 60% which is low compared to Saunders.
Since you still have time, try to do questions regarding prioritization, delegation, infection control, and meds. And the most important thing, PRAY and RELAX.

Dont worry about labor and delivery. Questions like that are really rare and it's not really a high level question. Good luck

Thank you so much everyone. I was freaking out about labor and delivery. Since it really isn't my thing I couldn't believe how much I had forgotten. Health promotion and maintenance def. has me worried but I will try to relax. I feel good about Safe and Effective care and Psychosocial. I am working or physiological right now, the med stuff. I just feel like I can't know everything and I have to trust in my education and my ability to think.
