    hi anyone knows where i can find the scope of practice for lpn/lvn and for nursing aides coz i have a hard time in delegation,i know this will help me out but i dont know where to find it..thank you

    Check your state's Nurse Practice Act and also the Policies/Procedures of your place of employment.

    I heard the Prioritization, Delegation, and assignment book by lacharity is awesome! Personally I didn't use that because I already had a couple review books. I took NCLEX yesterday in 75 questions and got the good pop up! Hope I passed. Good luck studying
