Saunders comprehensive and Q and A book. Should i buy both?

should i buy and use saunders comprehensive book and the saunders Q and A book.
are they the same with the question content?

Get only the Comprehensive Review, there is no reason to get both.

and get the latest comprehensive book as the latest Q and A doesn't have the latest alternate test question type
