Don't even worry about the score...as long as you're above 0% then it's all good! Instead, take time out to review why you either got a question right or wrong. Besides, from what I've gathered, NCLEX questions seem to revolve around the rationale of a question, therefore, focus on the content and not percentage.
Also keep in mind that the average nursing graduate has about two weeks of nursing skill under their belt. You heard right, two WEEKS, not two YEARS which is the average school time! Crazy!

But I can attest to that! So it's totally natural for a lot of us to only know half the content and thus only score in the 50's or 60's of these comprehensive tests.
So just breathe a sigh of relief that you have one test down and prepare yourself for more review. As long as you concentrate on the WHY of a question then you'll be in good spirits when it's time for the BIG MAMA of all tests!
