You need to complete the first tip that is posted on this forum and then follow the addtional instructions there on what to do next.

I'll follow that first Tip "Suzanne's Plan"that was being posted in this forum, but my situation is that, i graduated year 1991 the reason i have to focus and concentrate first in studying before ill schedule myself to take Nclex,if i fell im ready enough to take ,so would you plz include me for the second step? once u will send email ?thanks in advance

I am new here but I have read a lot of your messages for the past 3 or 4 weeks. I am aware of everything that have been posted here... and that's why I am getting really worried. The attorney who is taking care of my case is way too optimistic... dont really think he knows what he is doing.
I have everything needed to file my I 140 on July 2nd, but my Visa (B2) expires on July 16th. I was told that I could file another extension or I could just stay out of status and wait for the response from the immigration. Is this really true? How long can I stay out of status and still be able to get an I 140 aproved?

Just a clarification regarding the Suzzanne tip... You mean to say, that we should just answer first each chapter quizzes before reading/reviewing the chapters? thanks \m/
