I am an international nurse and I had my NCLEX-RN on March 9th 2009 in CALIFORNIA .I do not have SSN and I don’t receive my result. Today I tried Pearsonvue "Trick" and it let me to register. I realized that maybe I failed so; I have already pied $200. In case If I got the result and pass. Is it possible to refund the money? Although I doubt that I pass because the computer shut off at 75 questions, but how knows may be I pass.

^ You wouldn't really know if you passed or failed until you see the actual result.

BUT you paid for another exam? Did you use credit card? My suggestion would be call Pearson-Vue and tell them you made a mistake, and they should be able to refund your payment.

If that doesnt work out, you can try contacting your Credit Card company and see what they can do.

My only thing is you refund it ASAP, If you really failed, you can always schedule another exam when you are more prepared.
And you might have actually passed - remember most people come out of the exam feeling that they failed.

So yeah, my suggestion is try to refund it ASAP. The sooner you try to remedy it, the better chance of getting your $200 back.

Pearson Vue doesnt give refunds they clearly state that on their website or if you call and speak with an operator

Ask for a refund. All they can do is say no. Please come back and let others know what the outcome is. Hope you find out that you passed. If you didn't pass, you know not to try this again.

I have tried the pearsonvue trick and it want let me go to cc screen,BUT MY NAME ISN'T ON THE LPN VERFICATION HERE IN LOUISIANA....I'M GETTING NERVES CAN'T SLEEP.I HAVE CALLED YESTERDAY ON THURSDAY AND LADY TOLD ME IT WILL BE MAILED OUT ON TODAY........I AM HOPING TRICK WORK FOR ME...I NEED TO PASS SO BAD IT'S MY SECOND TIME.I think I am going insane....pray for me.........

It also happens to me. I register and went all the way to the cc page. Until now I’m not sure if I pass the exam. I don’t have SSN and I don’t know if pearsonvue "trick" work for us.

I don't think you should have paid. No one knows how realiable the "trick" is. Hopefully you pass though!

I HAVE PASSED...THE TRICK WORK FOR ME.........THANK THE LORD..... FOR EVERYONE WHO IS STILL WAITING NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM.....TURN IT INTO REALITY............

we are in the same boat. I took my nclex last march 17 here in the Philippines and couple days later i tried the "trick" and it lets me register until the cc screen but i didnt pay. I also dont have a SSN. the agony of waiting is extreme to think that i had the whole 265 questions and took it in 5 hours... huhuhuhu!!! dont know what to do next... update me on your result. thanks so much.
