Prioritization,Delegation,Assignment

I just brought the book Prioritization,Delegation,Assignment by Linda A. LaCharity two weeks ago with the advice of a few here on Allnurses forum and some classmates. I find that the book contradicts basic rules of delegation. An example is that they have an LPN do assessments but they say under the supervision of a RN. A nurse assistant or student giving medication under the supervision of the RN. Also I felt it contradicted some of the teachings I learned from Kaplan. An example being that physical problems superseded psychological. The book is good otherwise, in regards to practice questions on most of the topics of care. I would love to know what your opinions are.

Thank you for reading
