Post traumatic NCLEX syndrome has started....

by Bre14

Took it yesterday...Shut off at 75.. Why did I want to cry more when it went gray than when it started? I am definitely suffering from post traumatic NCLEX syndrome. What did others do to calm their nerves during the lonnnnggg wait? Tried the Pearson vue trick as well and it would not let me pay. siggghhhhh

Everyone feels like this when they walk out of the center. Hang in there and good luck

lol you're exactly the same as me. I called the syndrome Post-Examination Depression, but well, you coined the term waay better than I did. I walked out of the test center feeling okay and got more paranoid and miserable on the way home. I told the peeps here my life story and they said I did good. And I did. I'm going to say you did good too.

When my screen shut off at 85 I quietly said to myself... "No, give me more questions, please!" I've never left an exam before not knowing how I did - I've always either known I did well or known that I didn't. I think everyone leaves the exam second guessing themselves!

If you got 75 questions and you did well on Kaplan, then you passed. I hope I could feel like you now. Mine is on Friday

Honestly nurse2b, this is the hard part... waiting for the results. Define doing well on Kaplan. I completed 100% of the Qbanks and all question trainers with high 50's and mid 60's. I don't know. I wish California took part in quick results. Oh well, going to watch the orphan and try and scare myself out of worrying about the results. :0
