i will take my nclex rn exam in the last week of july. i m studing from saunder 3 edition and also taking kaplan classes is there any other things which i need to focus ????? plz help me

Speaking only as an NCLEX taker, I have yet to find out that I passed. I got a lot of prioritizing, safety, infection control, pt teaching how do you know it was effective and not effective, got a couple psych questions like 3, a few select all that apply, a couple med questions. It shut off at 75 questions. I am in CA so the BON takes forever to tell you if you passed or not so still waiting. I did do several reviews one offered thru school, an learning ext. Learing ext questions were excatly like the NCLEX. As they should be because it is the national counsil of state boards of nursing which are the ones that actually right the NCLEX, so i would choose that review over any other. HTH
