Please help. Did I pass my NCLEX-RN?

Students NCLEX

I just took my exam today at 8AM. I was done within an hour. I had 75 questions. I had around 16 select all that apply. I had no exhibit questions, no pictures, no audio. Nothing. I found the exam to be difficult. I waited around 15 minutes. I did the pearsonvue trick. I used a debit card. I took out most of the funds. I left around $20 on the card. I did the trick. I got the good pop up. (I did the trick 3x) But I don't think there's any way I passed. I took a NCLEX PN about 3 years ago. I did the PVT Trick then, got the good pop up, and I actually passed. But with my NCLEX PN I had exhibits, audio, pretty much everything. I'm so upset. I don't know. I was on the verge of tears as I walked out. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I took the test almost 5 years ago, and the Pearson Vue Trick worked! I kept trying to register, but the computer stated something like "I had already registered and could not do so at the time". I also had Math, which I was warned, if I had math questions I was failing. 75 questions total the screen went blue, then black took a survey then flew home to register on the Pearson Vue website. I am sure you passed, Early Congrats!!!!!!

Please look at all the other threads on the PVT. It is not reliable, especially before 24 hours. It is not official, but your early results will be official. So wait the 48 hours. Also, it doesn't matter what types of questions you had. You could have had 35 SATA and still failed. The level of difficulty is not based on the format of question (SATA, math, audio, etc), its based on the CONTENT of the question. On the same note, you could have had 5 SATA and passed. You won't know until your 48 hours are up. So take this time to relax and do something fun.

PVT is not reliable less than 24 hours after you test. Wait the 48 hours for Quick Results and you'll know 100% for sure that you passed. I know the waiting is excruciating. I just got my Quick Results yesterday and passed in 77 questions :) Hang in there!!!!

Yeah, when I try to re-register it says: "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time. "

Idk, I hope I did pass. I'm just nervous because I didn't have any exhibits or pictures/EKGs or anything like that. And I know those are considered higher level questions. I don't know. I'm just feeling really bummed right now. I hope the trick is true and I passed. I will let you know how it goes =/

Yeah I guess you're right. But 48 hours seems like such a long time. I'm so anxious :(

Again, they aren't always considered higher level questions. Idk who told you that, but I took mine about 2 years ago and I don't remember having any pictures or exhibits. You don't know what they consider higher level questions. An EKG could show normal sinus rhythm (which is super easy to interpret) and that could be a lower level question. I don't remember having an EKG on mine either. Don't get caught up in what you thought were higher level thinking questions, because we never know what the NCLEX lady wants and we don't know what she views as higher level thinking

Any type of question can be a high level or low level question. The format of the question doesn't determine what it is. The wording of the question does. I didn't have any alternate format questions on my exam, just SATA & multiple choice.

You're getting what's considered the "good" pop-up on PVT, so you could have passed. You'll know 100% for sure tomorrow when your Quick Results are available. Best $8 I've ever spent :D

If you put a $20 gift card in, do you lose all your money in the card? Just curious...

Sigh. Yes. You lose all of it. Then they will hold your results until you can pay the rest of the $200. Then what if you lose that money and still pass? You spend all that time freaking out even more. Just wait 48 hours. You won't die.
