Hi everyone! I just found this site 3 days ago-I took my nclex in March and failed. I studied for the last four months and took it again on July 2,2009-I tried the pearson trick and it did not let me go to the CC screen-I, like soooooo many others on this site was skeptical! But it REALLY DOES WORK!!!! I tried it the night of July 2,all day 3rd and found out yesterday I PASSED!!! Listen, I thought all this was crazy but it is true-I doubted all of this until I saw my PASS results!

Took my test July 1, logged into my acccount thro Pearson on the 3rd and got results. If they are not up yet, it says not available, but if ready it lets you have option to enter credit card and pay $7.95 to find out. I failed. That image is burned into by brain. I now wonder what to do different to prepare for the next time. I had a lot of med questions and that is my weakness. There were meds on there I did not know and some I knew but could not remember exactly so I missed. Is there an easy way to learn pharmacology and what should I do to prepare for the next NCLEX?
It is defeating and you want to just give up and curl into a ball but one must go on and figure out what to do next. Just hope and pray the money holds out in the meantime and someone will hire you!

JULES52-

Listen to me!!! GO on the internet and buy Pharmacology made Insanely Easy by Lorretta Manning and Sylvia Rayfield...you can purchase it at icanpublishing.com or google the book-It is about $20-This book breaks down all the meds and I took it everywhere! I went through that book until I knew what was on the next page! It breaks down many meds for you in a really great way! I also purchased their Nursing made insanely easy book that gives great visuals on dx process-They both helped me soooo much! I failed the first time, I KNOW how you feel! Do lots of questions but know the material-I struggled all through RN school and I passed on my second try! If I can do it-So can YOU!!

I think it does work. As soon as I went home, I tried to register again but I kept on getting that you cannot schedule another exam...please contact your board of nrusing etc. I did this for two days and got my quick results and I PASSED at 75Q!

I took Boards on June 29, 2009 and found out on July 1st that I am an RN!!!!! Too bad I didn't know about this trick sooner..that would have at least brought down my stress level a tiny bit (that was the LONGEST 48 hours of my life!!). My friend is taking her exam on July 20th and I wanna help her find out sooner..when it asks you if u have taken the exam before, should u select "yes"? Thanks for all of the information and Congratulations to all those who passed..good luck to the future test takers!!!
