Here are the exact steps to see if you passed or failed the NCLEX exam on the pearson vue web site:

1) go to http://www.vue.com/NCLEX.

2) select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.

3) click 'register' on the right side.

4) click the 'credit card' link.

5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.

6) enter your username.

7) enter your password.

? click the button.

9) click 'register' on the left side.

10) select your test type.

11) click the button.

12) select your country.

13) click the button.

14) answer the yes/no questions.

15) select your country again.

16) select your state.

17) type in your city.

18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.

19) select your school.

20) select the month and year of your graduation.

21) select your board of nursing.

22) click the button.

Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

PTV works for me. I took my nclex-RN yesterday and got the good pop up after I got home. Today I found my license number on BON, I am so happy now. Good luck to all of you!

Ok....so I am getting the "good" pop up but I feel there is NO way this can be right. I took the test today and it shut off at 75 questions. I feel like I did terrible on the test. I honestly guessed at the majority of the questions and thought it was extremely difficult. I am, of course, praying that you guys are all right!!! I will let you know when I find out!

trust me it works!! I also got 75 questions and thought it was difficult but I got the good pop up and passed!!

Let me start by saying that I am totally loosing my mind!! I took the NCLEX RN Yesterday, June 23rd and left the exam feeling totally deflated like I had just been through a war. I had 75 Q's and wasn't confident in even one of my answers. I had a ton of SATA, no math, a lot of meds and prioritization. I've been getting a "good pop-up" on the PV trick thing and that is what is keeping me going (sad to say). I actually went as far as to call the BON today to see if they knew anything (thinking they would have a pass/fail in their records before it hit their site or Pearson's site). All they could tell me was that a license had not been issued at this time. AHHHHH!! Does that mean I failed? I have been a good/great student as far as grades and I did the kaplan course ect...

Your thoughts?

Hi everyone. I have a question about Person-Vue trick. I took my NCLEX yesterday morning, and I was hoping that if I passed, my results would be posted on the BON's website sometime today. However, they were not. I finally decided to try the PV trick to see whether I get the good pop up or not, and I did get the "good pop up." But I thought you had to pay $8.00 or so to do the PV trick, but the website didn't ask for any credit card information. Is it free for everyone else? Or should I try it again. Hope someone can get back to me. Thx

It doesn't mean you have failed. Looking at the history of the PVT if you got the good pop up then you most likely have passed

Look for the link on your state Board website that says something like "license verification". Should not be difficult to find.

I also just got the good pop up and also believe there is NO WAY!! I was sick to my stomach when I tried it. I sure hope it is right and I had a TERRIBLE feeling about the test. Took it yesterday; It was so much more difficult than I ever imagined it would be. I graduated from a very tough school that to this date has 100% pass rate on the exam, and I did well there; but .... I was SURE I had failed. It was just a big blur when I left the building and I began feeling sick and knew I had failed. I hope this trick works..... so hopeful I passed. Good Luck to all of us!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I took NCLEX-RN on June 22, 2010 at 10 am in CA. I have 265 Questions: about 25++ SATA, alot +++priorities, 4 deligateion, alot medication, infection control too.

I when home do the trick right away I got a good pop up, then I do the trick in 1hr, 2hr, 3hr, and 5hr still have a good pop up.

Today June 25, 2010 at 3:30 am, I see my name on Ca board. The trick is work for me. Good luck to everybody.

I took the NCLEX yesterday, June 24th at 12:30. I got 143 questions and when i saw question 76 appear, my heart dropped and I wanted to leave right there.

I got home and tried the PVT, my main page said, "awaiting delivery", or something like that. PVT does NOT work until it says "delivery successful". I got the good pop-up. Now just waiting until tomorrow to see if it is really true! If you need any advice, just PM me!
