Are the pass rates for 2008 out yet?

i know tarleton state university's nursing progam had a 72% nclex pass rate for 2007 and they started making many changes to the program so i want to know how they did in 2008 but i cant find it anywhere?

If in Texas looking at the BON it doesn't look as if 2008 figures are out
