pass NCLEX first or apply first?

I am a LPN nursing student at a massachusetts Community College. I was wondering if it would be best to apply while i am waiting to take the test or just wait until I pass. Will employers consider me seriously if I apply before I test?

I would ask them. Most of my fellow classmates had jobs lined up before graduation but I'm not sure if that varies from area to area. Good luck!

I got a job right out of school and worked as an over-paid aide until I passed the NCLEX. It doesn't hurt to try!
